Accessibility

Our accessibility commitment

We aim to make our products and services accessible and are always looking for ways to improve what we offer.

We want to make things as convenient for you as we can. And we can make lots of simple adjustments to suit you, whenever you need to:

  • Talk to us by phone or video.
  • Meet with your adviser in the comfort of your own home.
  • Come and meet us at a branch.
  • Be sent letters and documents.
  • Use our Portal to send and receive documents digitally.

You can tell us which things would make accessing our services that bit easier for you. We’ll put the changes in place, where we can, and keep a note of your wishes so you won’t have to tell us again.

Our Website

Chase de Vere is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and providing a website that is inclusive and available for all user groups.

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We welcome any feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you have any difficulties, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us.

Our communications can be accessed in a wide variety of ways. Information about our products and services can be supplied in printed format or digitally.

Large Print or Braille

If your personal circumstances mean you need some extra support such as a large print, or Braille for any of our documents please contact us to discuss the services you need.

Hearing & Speech

If you’re deaf or have a hearing impairment, or you have difficulty with your speech, you can access the Relay UK app. This is a free to use app which can be used on phones, iPads and laptops and can turn speech into text for you.

Mental Health

Many of us experience mental health conditions at some time in our lives. This can make dealing with money or your finances harder. At these times, we can give some extra help.

Any information you give us about your mental health is confidential and we will only ever use it to help you. It won’t affect any products or services you have or take with us. Please contact us if you wish to discuss options further.

Financial Difficulty

We understand that as prices are rising and bills are increasing, many of our customers will be feeling uncertain about their finances. The rising cost of living, increased interest rates and rising inflation is affecting everyone in different ways. Chase de Vere is always on hand to talk to our customers and whilst we are not debt councillors, we can provide you with details of organisations that can offer such advice to support your needs.
